At the beginning of Each week, I plan my meals so I’m never caught off guard by hunger.

It helps me avoid last-minute junk food runs.


2 Shop Smartly!

I create a grocery list with fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains to stay focused and skip the snack aisle.


3 Batch Cook Like a Pro!

Prepping in batches- Grilled paneer/chicken, Saute veggies, Boiled rice/quinoa- saves time and ensures I always have healthy options.


4 Balance and Moderation!

Every meal includes protein, carbs and fats/fiber to keep me full and satisfied, reducing junk food cravings.


5 Stay Hydrated!
